Old Bayan Baru

This is an old commercial complex in Bayan Baru, with the top levels apartment units. This was where an old supermarket, Suiwah, was located. It had seen better days, after the supermarket was relocated to Sunshine Square. Only a few vendors left operating in the area, relying perhaps on an established customer base.
